Arts Week
This week we have been celebrating the artists and musicians from around the world. We launched the week with a whole school assembly and each class has focused on an artist and musician.
We celebrated the end of arts week with a whole school art gallery.
Our motto, 'Bright Futures' underpins our intention for every pupil at Watlington.
We inspire pupils through our curriculum offer and encourage them to aim high.
Our enhanced provision brings the curriculum to life through motivating experiences including, links with the community, residentials, school trips and career focused visits.
Careers run through the curriculum through key figure studies that are broad and inspiring.
Watlington pupils have a voice. We reflect on meetings with pupils and adapt our personal development offer, based on the needs and interests of our pupils.
We ensure pupils are not held back from pursuing their passions or achieving their goals because of any barriers. We know our families and pupils well and provide support and guidance where required.

Most imaginative: Kit + Madeline
Most delicious: Otis + Calum
Al and Kitty from the Orange Bakery helped School Council judge the best entries. These children were given awards in this morning’s assembly.
The non-uniform day raised: £324
The Bake Off cake sale raised: £381
In total, we raised £705 for Children in Need!
We are so proud of our school. All of this money will go straight to children who need help.
