Painting our fossils
We painted our fossils to make them look like beautiful treasure. We are going to put them on display so that the whole school can enjoy them. Before Christmas, we will take our fossils home to show our families 
Discovering our fossils
We used clay tools and paint brushes to chip away at our 'rocks' to discover the fossil within! We are so pleased that every fossil worked. Take a look at our discoveries 
Creating our fossils
This week, Foxes Class began to make their very own fossils. We used shells to create an imprint into some clay, then poured Plaster of Paris over the top. Next week, we will become archaeologists and chip away at our 'rocks' to reveal the fossil within! We will update you on our progress!
